Coffee can be purchased directly from the roastery at the following days and times :
Sunday to Tuesday Closed
Wednesday to Friday 09h:00 to 17h:00
Saturday 08h:00 to 13h:00
To maintain our solely freshly roasted coffee quality standards we do not carry large stocks of roasted coffee. If a specific coffee and/or a larger quantity of a specific coffee is required, please contact us prior to coming through to avoid disappointment. Customers are welcome at alternate days and times with prior appointment.
Free iKhofi Delivery
iKhofi has a free freshly roasted coffee delivery service within North-Western Johannesburg. Suburbs currently covered :
Northcliff, Fairland, Berario, Weltevreden Park, Randpark Ridge, Sundowner, Boskruin, Constantia Park, Panorama, Constantia Kloof, Quellerina, Florida, Allen's Nek, Honeydew View, Risidale, Roosevelt Park, Linden, Emmarentia
Please speak to Elizabeth or Joe to enquire if you qualify. Coffee deliveries are solely to a daytime physical address (Wednesday to Saturday) where someone will be in attendance to receive the coffee. Minimum order R100.00, COD or internet EFT deposit prior to delivery.

On receipt of payment by regular parcel post to any Post Office counter in the Republic of South Africa. Please note that this is the only option if nobody is available to receive daytime deliveries or the delivery address is a P.O. Box.

On receipt of payment. Please note that courier costs to your address have to calculated prior to us being able to send you an invoice. Additionally, a daytime physical address (Monday to Friday) where someone will be in attendance to receive the order is mandatory.
How to Buy / Order :
iKhofi practices the fresher the better, coffee quality standard. This is iKhofi guaranteed and customer verifiable by each packet being roast date stamped. Coffees purchased at the roastery are never more than 1 to 72 hours out of the roaster while coffees ordered for iKhofi delivery, parcel post or courier delivery are roasted to order.
We recommend that our coffees are brewed within two weeks of their roast date for the renown iKhofi experience. As an absolute maximum our coffees should never be left un-brewed post 4 weeks of their roast date. Hence we suggest that the quantity and regularity of your coffee purchases are adapted appropriately.
Coffee that is not Roast Dated can never be termed fresh since you do not know when it was roasted !
Our preferred payment for iKhofi purchased at the
iKhofi roastery is cash. For iKhofi deliveries, parcel post and courier orders payments via internet EFT deposit are preferred (iKhofi's banking details are provided on the invoice).
iKhofi is proudly small to solely specialise in the highest standards in roasted coffee and can not justify credit card facilities. This surmountable inconvenience saves you 6 to 8 % on our prices.
If we do not have you on record, please download the Customer Information Form (MS Word Document 62 Kbyte) and e-mail it back to us. This will allows us to process your orders for iKhofi delivery, parcel post and courier more efficiently.
Bulk Orders and wholesale :
If you like bulk buying roasted coffee for home brewing, please note the following :

Do not buy so much coffee that the last of the whole bean stock lasts longer than 4 weeks from roast date.

Grind the coffee beans just prior to brewing.

Do not store your coffee stock in the fridge or freezer.
If the above conditions can not be met, iKhofi should not be your roaster of choice since you can not enjoy the full merits of our coffees. We recommend you rather purchase your roasted coffee at your local convenience store or from a micro-roaster who does not roast date their coffee ! To discourage bulk buying for home brewing we do not offer discounts for once-off bulk order purchases.
iKhofi is primarily a roaster for the home coffee brewing market. However, if you are a coffee shop owner who is passionate about the coffee you serve and needs wholesale roasted coffee, contact us and lets talk. We would feel privileged being your roaster, provided we could be proud promoting you as our client.
Green Beans for Home Roasters :
iKhofi encourages and supports home coffee roasting. When we have sufficient stock we do sell 1 Kg packets of our green beans. Contact either Mthabisile or Joe in this regard and if you would like to learn more about coffee roasting please do not hesitate to join us while we are roasting.
